Water Supply and Zone Planning

In between capital maintenance and water resource planning reviews (every five years or more), water utilities routinely prepare operational plans and monitor the performance of their networks. They will expect to see improvements or no worsening due to capital works schemes carried out.

Crowder have developed software tools and processes for conducting zonal studies which can be regularly updated. They will show frequencies of asset failures, customer contacts and other indicators. They will also show trends in water quality in zones from treatment works.

In addition we have developed our Netbase system to hold water resource assets and water resource information for preparing operational plans. These can be linked to a water resource model.
