We’re proud to say we have continued our accreditation with Investors in People.
Investors in People advised and supported us on improving workplace culture in areas such as employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices. This accreditation has helped us as a company to better understand our performance in leading, supporting and improving our people and culture.
As we take on board the things we’ve learnt over the summer, we now have a great action plan for changes we’ll make to the company over the next couple of years.
Thanks again to the team at Investors in People who helped coordinate and support us throughout. We all enjoyed the purpose, mission and vision workshops, as well as getting some of the teams together to define core company values.
