European Water Leakage Summit 2025

Crowder Consulting was proud to be a Silver Sponsor of the European Water Leakage Summit held in Amsterdam on the 23rd and 24th of June. The event provided valuable insights into the latest innovations, strategies, and technologies aimed at reducing water loss and managing water main breaks across Europe.

The key topics covered at the summit were:

• Trenchless technologies, pipe bursting, and minimal disruption methods
• AI and ML for predictive maintenance and decision-making
• Advanced leak detection technologies for reducing non-revenue water
• IoT-based devices for real-time monitoring and pressure control
• End-user case studies on resilient water network management

Our team members David Kirby and Magui Faustino, with the support of Tico Kromkamp, had the pleasure of presenting a case study that demonstrated the use of our digital and mobile tools used to carry out a leakage performance contract in a UK Water Utility.

We had a fantastic time at the conference and enjoyed connecting with Water Industry professionals who we hadn’t had the opportunity to meet before. The event was a great learning experience, especially through our discussions with industry experts and peers to better understand the challenges of leakage management and the technologies and solutions that are shaping the future of more efficient and sustainable water networks.
