National Water Hygiene Card
The National Water Hygiene Card also known as Blue Card training is short mandatory training that all UK water companies require for individuals to enter clean water sites or work on the clean water network – known as ‘Restricted Operations’. Individuals will be expected to complete a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course. Once this exam is passed, the Blue Card will be available to be downloaded on the app and this must be always accessible when on-site. This live training can be delivered online or in a classroom and has to be renewed every 3 years.
Approximate Learning Duration: 3hrs

SHEA Water
The SHEA Water training is designed for individuals who require access to operational sites within the water industry, both permanent and temporary, at all levels including operatives, supervisors and management. There are activities to keep the group engaged as well as videos such as the introduction to health and safety. It is a highly recommended course to keep the technicians on site safe, as well as considering their impact on the environment. This training is live and can be delivered online or in a classroom.
